Our accessibility approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and testing target. This statement describes the current website; it is not a certification that every page or third-party service has been independently audited.
Features built into the site
- A skip link, meaningful headings, descriptive page titles, and landmark regions.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, accordions, forms, selectors, and checkout controls.
- Visible keyboard focus and large touch targets for important actions.
- Form labels, required-field text, status messages, and plain-language instructions.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and narrow mobile screens.
- Reduced animation when your device requests reduced motion.
- Text alternatives or hidden labels for informative icons and graphics.
Third-party and payment content
Some external destinations and hosted payment fields are controlled by their providers. We select and configure those services with accessibility in mind, but their behavior may vary by browser, assistive technology, and provider version. Card collection remains disabled while the merchant connection is in preview mode.

Tell us the page, the problem, and the format or assistance you need. Do not include card numbers, passwords, passport images, or tax documents in the first message.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and provide a practical alternative while we investigate the barrier.
