By using this website or purchasing an ITIN-Pro service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If an order summary or written engagement states a more specific scope, that scope applies to the service you purchased. If you do not agree, do not submit information or purchase a service.
Who we are
ITIN-Pro is a business name used by Tax Filing Corp, a private third-party provider of filing preparation and administrative support. We are not the IRS, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, a Secretary of State, or another government agency. Government endorsement is not implied.
Service scope and acceptance
Available services may include U.S. company-formation assistance, EIN application support, eligible ITIN application assistance, registered-agent or address services, and related administrative coordination. The order summary and applicable service page identify the deliverables, exclusions, price, later optional services, and expected sequence before payment.
Completing an assessment or sending information does not require us to accept a matter. We may decline, pause, or request additional review where eligibility is uncertain, documents are incomplete, sanctions or compliance restrictions may apply, or the matter requires legal or tax advice outside our scope. If we decline after payment and before work or third-party costs begin, the applicable amount will be handled under the Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide complete, current, accurate, and lawfully obtained information and documents.
- Review drafts and filing details carefully, notify us promptly of errors, and provide requested signatures or responses on time.
- Tell us if your residence, tax purpose, ownership, entity status, SSN eligibility, or other material facts change.
- Use any entity, tax identifier, address service, account, or document only for lawful purposes.
- Maintain your own copies and meet obligations that are outside the purchased scope, including tax returns, annual reports, licenses, and platform requirements.
We may rely on the information you provide. You are responsible for consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late, or misleading information.
Eligibility and professional advice
An ITIN requires a qualifying U.S. federal tax purpose and is not available solely to open an account, start a business, or access a platform. Entity ownership and filing eligibility can also be affected by sanctions, location, industry, and other restrictions. We may provide general educational information, but we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Obtain advice from a qualified professional for your circumstances.
Fees, third-party costs, and payment
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The order summary presented before authorization controls the amount due for that order. Government filing charges, courier costs, registered-agent charges, address services, expedited processing, and other third-party amounts may be separate or included as the order summary expressly states. Your bank may add conversion or card fees that we do not control.
We may begin work after payment and receipt of the information needed for the next step. You authorize us to use approved third parties and pay disclosed filing costs as reasonably needed to deliver the purchased scope.
Ongoing services
Today's checkout is a one-time purchase. It does not authorize any automatic charge after year one. State obligations and third-party costs remain separate.
Timelines and third-party decisions
Processing times are estimates, not deadlines or guarantees. Government agencies, registered agents, banks, payment companies, marketplaces, mail carriers, and other third parties control their own requirements, availability, and decisions. We do not guarantee formation, issuance of an ITIN or EIN, opening of an account, platform approval, tax treatment, or a particular processing time. Any separate ITIN service guarantee is limited to the written terms in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use our website or services for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, impersonation, infringement, unlawful tax avoidance, prohibited goods or services, interference with our systems, or another illegal or abusive purpose. We may suspend work and preserve or disclose records where reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect people and systems.
Website content and intellectual property
Website content is provided for general information and may change. ITIN-Pro names, graphics, design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Tax Filing Corp. You may use the website for your personal or internal business evaluation, but may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or misuse it without written permission or another lawful basis.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, ITIN-Pro is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost business opportunities, or third-party decisions or delays outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer, privacy, refund, or charge-dispute rights.
Changes, termination, and contact
We may update these terms prospectively as services or laws change. The date above identifies the published version. Terms in effect when an order is accepted continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Either party may end an uncompleted engagement subject to work already performed, third-party costs, legal duties, and the Refund Policy.
